  DISGUSTING COMPANY! Have lied to me about my delivery, saying 1 minute I have personally signed for it (which i have not!) then changing there mind saying someone else did of the opposite sex!. Still no item, LOST LOST LOST! £150 worse off right now. Now the battle begins to get my money back!

  AVOID YODEL AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
  Such a shame that I have to even leave 1 star!
  This company is disgusting and I will never order anything that has their delivery on it again!
  Still awaiting a delivery that was due last Thursday. Says the driver has attempted but no one has even been near our house!
  Customer service is shocking and the drivers are lazy non attempters!
  I do not ever leave reviews but I generally am shocked at this service!
  YODEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

  Used the Yodel 24 8 days ago still not got parcel yet states 1 working day. Spoke with the live chat 4 times exactly the same answer from each of the operators wait till 6pm contact us tomorrow if still not received when did they just repeat the same thing. scripted answers no help. They would not contact the depot yet so simple to do. I assume the online chat is outsourced because they did not have a clue or any way to help. Parcel was collected from Canvey Island 8 days ago to go to Woking a two hour drive yet 8 days later they still have not delivered. Tracking shows that it has gone through 4 depots the closest being Farnborough a day ago !!! last time I looked it was leaving depot, when asked online what depot as yodels closest is Farnborough to me they did not have a clue and yep you guessed it, the answer was wait till 6pm and contact us tomorrow if not turned up. I do not recommend this company at all.
