  Overall I was not particularly happy with my service. On the one hand, the price was reasonable and my bike was ready within a week. However, the shop attendant suggested I should make some unecessary changes: the brake pads and tyres had plenty of life in them still. When my bike was returned, I had to index my gears myself to stop the chain falling off the big chainring everytime I changed gear.
